TURNAROUND

Our standard 48 Hour Turnaround policy is in by 8pm, out by 8pm on the second business day.  What this means is that all jobs marked with "48 Hour Turnaround" will be ready for shipping or local pick-up by 8pm of the second business day after it has been submitted (excluding weekends).

Brochures are NOT offered in a 24 Hour Turnaround

• All products are available for purchase under this turnaround option

• 4 DAY TURNAROUND NOTES
• All products are available for purchase under this turnaround option

A few additional notes on turnaround: 

• TURNAROUND TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME.

• TURNAROUND TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE LAYOUT AND DESIGN TIME.

• If you request a proof, turnaround time does not start until the proof is approved, signed and in our hands.
• Any orders requiring our design staff to either layout or assist in artwork will add to turnaround time.
• Business days are Mon. - Fri., Holidays, Sat. and Sun. do not count when calculating turnaround.
• Turnaround does not begin until acceptable artwork has been provided. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job status will return to "On Hold-Need Artwork" and your turnaround time will be reset.
• Our turnaround is guaranteed. The remedy for failing to meet a deadline is limited to a 50% refund or a courtesy rush on your next order. Any refunds or shipping upgrades will be given at our discretion.
• Due to the nature of our turnaround policy, cancellation of an order after it has been submitted is not allowed under any circumstances.
