Tags stars  00  00 am  6 x 4  shirt  baltimore  Camouflage  www.sarge.com  10k  10 miler training  our program welcomes new and veteran runners with or without 10k  10 miler racing experience  and who would like to train in a group setting for a race in november  general schedule and program details  saturday long runs  the first meeting date for all locations will be saturday  october 4th  2008 at 7  three will be at least one long run location in  montgomery county  pg county  dc and northern virginia  these longer  slower workouts will focus on endurance  the first long run  will be 3  plus miles and subsequent ones will gradually increase to 7  plus miles  more advanced runners will have the option of running longer  distances  weekday track workouts  beginning the first week of june  participants will begin meeting at local tracks  information for track locations will be posted at www.sarge.com  these workouts will focus on form  leg strength and speed work  pace groups  staff will determine final pace group placement based on information you provide on the registration  workouts  fee  program fee will be  189  miscellaneous  you do not have to be a bally  s or sergeant  s program member to participate in the program  heart rate monitors are not included in the  program cost but can be supplied  program runs from the week of october 4th through november 29th  dates may change sightly  the sergeant  s program endurance team and  bally total fitness present  this 10k  10 miler training program is designed for runners who want to run faster and longer  with this program you will receive  8 weeks of heart rate  monitored training  by professional coaches  two weekly coached workouts consisting of  one track workout  one long run  personal gait  running stride analysis by  doctors and physical therapists  performance t  discounts at running stores  one free pilates class and discounts on  future classes available at rockville and pentagon ballys  new friends to run with  for more info and registration  or any bally location

Front Body Copy 10K-10 miler TRAINING Our Program Welcomes new and veteran runners with or without 10k-10 miler racing experience and who would like to train in a group setting for a race in November General Schedule and Program Details: Saturday Long Runs The first meeting date for all locations will be Saturday. October 4th, 2008 at 7:00 AM. Three will be at least one long run location in Montgomery County, PG County, Baltimore, DC and Northern Virginia. These longer, slower workouts will focus on endurance. The first long run will be 3-plus miles and subsequent ones will gradually increase to 7-plus miles. More advanced runners will have the option of running longer distances Weekday Track Workouts Beginning the first week of June, participants will begin meeting at local tracks. Information for track locations will be posted at www.sarge.com. These workouts will focus on form, leg strength and speed work. Pace Groups Staff will determine final pace group placement based on information you provide on the registration form and after the first track and long run workouts. Fee Program Fee will be $189.00. Miscellaneous You do not have to be a Bally’s or Sergeant’s Program member to participate in the program. Heart Rate Monitors are not included in the program cost but can be supplied. Program runs from the week of October 4th through November 29th (dates may change sightly.)
